Homecare Aide

The foundation of Nursing Personnel. Receive training from experienced Nurses, flexible schedules, weekly pay and membership in a community of passionate Caregivers.

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, errands/shopping and providing one-on-one companionship.
  • Attend trainings at the nursing personnel office as required by managers.

  • Cover cases in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx or Nassau County on Long Island.

  • Work up to two replacement same-day cases per day during your scheduled work hours.

  • We pay $19.65 per hour for 40 hours of work per week (full-time).

  • Overtime work entitles you to compensation.

  • Personal time off and sick day payments. These are accumulated based on the number of hours you work; you are required to give a two week notice to request personal time off.

  • We provide you with a uniform.

  • HHA/PCA Certification

  • Proof of address, photo ID, and Social Security card.

  • A physical form within the last 9 months

  • Two letters of reference (work and personal)

  • Proof of vaccine or immunity to rubella and rubeola (measles)

  • Drug screen within the last 9 months

  • Quantiferon test within the last 9 months
